I am a Human Design and Astrology Reader, as well as a Latina Spiritual Guide, Retreat Facilitator, Sound Healer, Breathwork and Yoga Practitioner, and Holistic Interior Designer.
Hi, I’m Arlene (she/her, ella) — founder of Luna Soul Wellness and The Poderosa Movement, a nonprofit devoted to expanding access to spiritual healing and holistic education for BIPOC women.
Based in San Diego, California, I’ve been walking the path of spiritual service since 2018, helping others reconnect to their intuition, purpose, and inner power.

My approach is grounded in deep respect for the body, spirit, and ancestral wisdom. I hold certifications in Astrology, Human Design, Yoga, and as a Holistic Ayurvedic Practitioner, along with a degree in Interior Design from FIDM—which I occasionally weave into spiritually guided home consultations, helping clients create energetically aligned spaces that support healing and harmony.
My Journey
My spiritual path deepened after the heartbreaking loss of one of my children—a soul initiation that opened me to the transformative power of plant medicine, ancestral connection, and deep inner healing.
Today, as a proud mother of four, I bring those lived experiences of grief, motherhood, and transformation into every session and circle I hold. My work is not just about spiritual tools—it’s about embodied healing, compassionate guidance, and helping women remember the wisdom already within them.

Beyond the Work
Outside of client sessions, you’ll find me in the kitchen experimenting with sourdough, herbal elixirs, and fermented foods, traveling with my husband and children, or diving into new modalities of spirituality and wellness. I’m constantly evolving—just like the women I support.
