I'm Arlene, your Latina Spiritual Coach & Guide

I guide women through astrology, Human Design, breathwork, and sacred practices to create everyday tools that actually work. My mission is to help women like you reclaim your power by aligning with your true nature.
 

For years I walked the spiritual path, collecting modalities — astrology, Human Design, breathwork, Ayurveda — but I kept hitting walls: theory without embodiment, inspiration that fizzled, clarity that felt “out there.”

Through my own journey of unraveling conditioning and leaning into energetic alignment, I developed a way to bridge the spiritual with the everyday. Now, I guide women to bring down their light into real life—so they can make decisions that feel good, live with rooted purpose, and finally trust their own wisdom.
 

I’m a Latina who loves sprinkling sass, joy, and deep grounding into everything I teach. My work is rooted in ritual, ancestral healing, and real transformation. I believe your inner healer is already there—and my role is to be your co-pilot, translator, and cheerleader as you wake up to your full potential.
