What's the purpose of Human Design?
Human Design is like a roadmap back to your true self — a blend of ancient wisdom and modern science that helps you understand how your energy naturally moves through the world. It reveals how you’re wired to make decisions, use your energy, and connect with others so that life starts to feel less like pushing and more like flow.
Instead of trying to fit into someone else’s rhythm, Human Design helps you honor your own. It’s not about changing who you are — it’s about remembering how you were designed to move, create, and thrive with ease.
Every chart begins with your energy type — the foundation of your Human Design. (If you don't know your energy type, you can quickly pull up your chart below). Your energy type shows you how your energy interacts with the world around you and how you can live with more ease, flow, and alignment.

Manifestors
Visionary initiators who are here to start things and create momentum. They move in powerful bursts and thrive when they have the freedom to follow what inspires them.
Generators
The steady life force of the world, Generators are here to build, master, and create from a place of genuine excitement. When they do what lights them up, their energy becomes magnetic.
Manifesting Generators
Fast-moving and multi-passionate, MGs are meant to follow their curiosity and pivot as they grow. Their gift is in showing others that life doesn’t have to be linear.
Projectors
Wise observers who see deeply into others and systems. Projectors are here to guide, not to hustle — their magic happens when they’re recognized for their insight and invited to share it.
Reflectors
The intuitive mirrors of the collective, Reflectors are deeply connected to their environment and the people around them. They remind us of the power of presence and the beauty of taking time to feel things through.
