We’re back for our 2nd Annual Mattress Sound Healing event, a collaboration between Luna Soul Wellness, Yawnder Mattress Showroom (check them out here), and the Poderosa Movement non-profit.
Imagine this: you show up in your pajamas, yoga wear, or your comfiest athleisure outfit, and instead of rolling into the weekend stressed, you melt into a cozy mattress.
You’ll be guided into deep relaxation with the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls and other healing instruments, led by Arlene of Luna Soul Wellness—sound healer and founder of the Poderosa Movement.
To sweeten the morning, we’ll also have light breakfast refreshments waiting for you.
