    Terms & Conditions of Enrollment

    By completing your enrollment in the Human Design Certification Program, you agree to the following terms:

    1. Payment & Commitment

    • You are committing to the full cost of the program, regardless of your participation level.

    • If you choose a payment plan, you are legally responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full.

    • Payments are processed securely via our online checkout system.

    2. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are available within 7 days of the program start date.

      • After this period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

    • If you request a refund within the 7-day period, any materials provided must be returned and your course access will be revoked.

    3. Payment Plan Defaults

    • If a payment fails, access to the course materials and community will be paused until payment is updated and current.

    • A $25 administrative fee may be applied to each failed payment.

    4. Transfers & Deferrals

    • You may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort once, space permitting.

    • Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the cohort start date.

    5. Certification Requirements

    • To receive your certification, you must:

      • Attend or watch all required modules

      • Complete all assigned practice readings

      • Submit any final assignments or case studies within the required time frame

    • Certificates are granted at the discretion of Luna Soul Wellness and may be withheld if requirements are not met.

    6. Intellectual Property

    • All course content, materials, and recordings are the intellectual property of Luna Soul Wellness and may not be shared, sold, or distributed.

    • You may use provided templates and tools in your own business but may not resell them as standalone products.

    7. Retreat Add-On (if purchased)

    • Retreat payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant if you cannot attend.

    • Travel and lodging (unless explicitly stated) are not included in the retreat price.

    8. Disclaimer
