By completing your enrollment in the Human Design Certification Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment & Commitment

You are committing to the full cost of the program, regardless of your participation level.

If you choose a payment plan, you are legally responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full.

Payments are processed securely via our online checkout system.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of the program start date.

After this period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

If you request a refund within the 7-day period, any materials provided must be returned and your course access will be revoked.
3. Payment Plan Defaults

If a payment fails, access to the course materials and community will be paused until payment is updated and current.

A $25 administrative fee may be applied to each failed payment.
4. Transfers & Deferrals

You may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort once, space permitting.

Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the cohort start date.
5. Certification Requirements

To receive your certification, you must:

Attend or watch all required modules

Complete all assigned practice readings

Submit any final assignments or case studies within the required time frame

Certificates are granted at the discretion of Luna Soul Wellness and may be withheld if requirements are not met.
6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and recordings are the intellectual property of Luna Soul Wellness and may not be shared, sold, or distributed.

You may use provided templates and tools in your own business but may not resell them as standalone products.
7. Retreat Add-On (if purchased)

Retreat payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant if you cannot attend.

Travel and lodging (unless explicitly stated) are not included in the retreat price.
