Welcome to the Summer Solstice Beach Retreat Daily Schedule, where you will find how each day flows during your experience with us!
Plant Medicine Potions will be introduced throughout the retreat days, where you'll be able to experience each plant medicine Elixer and learn about each potion.

Day 01 Friday
Summer Solstice Beach Retreat

Breakfast and Check-In 8 am - 9:30 am

10:00 am Opening Ceremony on the beach

11:00 am Morning Yoga on The Beach

12:00 pm Nurturing the womb with plant medicine (Sip on Potion 1).

1:00 pm Lunch/free time

2:30 pm Inner child workshop (sounds bath with reiki healing).

4:00 pm Freetime: Beach play, walk/bike the boardwalk, explore Pacific Beach, and Sunbathe.

6:00 pm Dinner

Sunset *8:00 pm Beach Bonfire Circle & Smores

10:00 pm Quiet time, Free time end of night/bedtime.

Day 02 Saturday

4:00 pm Free time: Beach play, walk/bike the boardwalk, explore Pacific Beach, and Sunbathe.

6:00 pm Dinner & Dessert (Sip on Potion 3)

Sunset * 8:00 pm Bonfire letting go. release to the ocean purification
